About

About Françoise Peers

I work with family businesses and larger SMEs on strategy, governance and organisational change. My role is to translate complex issues into clear, concrete decisions.

For more than 20 years I worked in procurement, project and change management in international companies. I led transformation programmes, process improvements and cross-functional teams. Today I use that experience to support business owners who want to move forward without losing what makes their company unique.

Today's Focus

Today, Françoise Peers focuses on advising family businesses and larger SMEs that value thoughtful external input at important moments. This may involve governance reflection, leadership transition, strategic decision-making, transformation or the need for a trusted sounding board. Her approach is discreet, structured and grounded in long-term continuity rather than short-term intervention.

How I work & my convictions

I listen first. We clarify your question, define the real issue and only then decide how to work together. I prefer simple, visual tools and clear next steps. My style is honest, calm and pragmatic.

I believe good decisions start with good conversations between the right people. Respect for the family story, clarity in roles and transparency in communication are key. My aim is to create space where both business and family can move forward

Typical Clients

  • Family businesses preparing succession or leadership transition
  • Owners wanting more clarity in roles, decision-making and governance
  • Management teams facing growth, restructuring or culture change
